If you are having trouble communicating with your Spanish-speaking workers, the American Road & Transportation Builders Association may be able to help.
The association is offering two Spanish-English dictionaries, one for $13 and one for $28, that include words and terms frequently used on construction jobsites. The $13, pocket-size dictionary features nearly 1,500 words, while the more expensive version contains thousands of words broken down into safety terms, slang and common sentences related to different phases of construction.
