The American Rental Association Foundation awarded 29 students with ARA Foundation and affiliate scholarships, including the Bill Loomer Houston Rental Association Scholarship and the ARA of California Scholarships, for the 2012/2013 academic year. ARA gave a total of $54,500 in scholarships to recipients selected by the ARA Foundation scholarship committee.

Melissa Blanchard of Rentals Unlimited in Stoughton, Massachusetts, received the $2,000 ARA Foundation Graduate Scholarship.
ARA awarded the ARA Insurance Scholarship, a scholarship for affiliated rental organizations worth $2,500, to Charles Jones of Rent-All Center in Alexandria, Virginia, who also received an ARA Foundation undergraduate scholarship and an ARA Region Two/Ron Marshall scholarship. He received a total of $5,000 in scholarship funds.
