Iowa Concrete Paving Association, Iowa DOT honor top concrete pavements in the state for 2015

The Iowa Concrete Paving Association (ICPA) and the Iowa Department of Transportation honored the top concrete paving projects in the state during the association’s recent Annual Concrete Paving Workshop.

The 2015 Concrete Paving Awards evaluate projects on “smoothness, quality control, general appearance and workmanship, contractor management, safety, and project complexity.”
