THE NEW TEREX® FINLAY I-130 IMPACT CRUSHER FEATURES HIGH THROUGHPUT CHAMBER, UNDERCRUSHER VIBRATORY FEEDER, APPLICATION VERSATILITY AND ON-SITE MOBILITY

I-130-Impactor2Designed to suit both the recycling/demolition and quarry applications, the Terex® Finlay I-130 Impact Crusher is aggressive in both applications. The innovative design, with direct drive, independent hydraulic pre-screen, and undercrusher vibratory feeder, delivers high performance and efficiency.

Hydraulic assisted folding allows quick operational setup times. The heavy-duty crawler tracks and optional radio remote control unit make on-site mobility very easy. Multiple machine options are available to maximize production in all market segments including independent pre-screen and multi-machine plug-in communication.

Featuring the Terex® Cedarapids IP1313 impact crusher with a 50″ x 48″ (1270mm x 1219mm) rotor at the core of the machine there is a proven track record of high throughput capacity and excellent product reduction ratios. A 4-bar rotor is standard, with a two-high/two-low configuration with tool-steel bars. Other options are available to suit various applications including four high bars, a 3-bar rotor, high chrome bars and high chrome bars with ceramic inserts. The chamber has a hydraulic assisted setting feature which makes adjustment of the aprons easy.

The I-130 is powered by a 440 HP (328 kW) engine and is fitted with a large hopper with a capacity of 11.7 yd³ (9m³) and hydraulically folding sides as standard. Hopper extensions are available as an option. The hopper is fitted with a direct drive, variable speed vibrating grizzly feeder. The standard grizzly bar spacing is 2″ (50mm), with three other sizes available as options.

An integrated pre-screen is fitted as standard to provide an aggressive action, and separates material very efficiently.  An optional independent direct drive hydraulic pre-screen is also available.

Material from the pre-screen can be diverted to a stockpile via the by-pass conveyor or passed to the main conveyor via the undercrusher vibratory feeder.

The machine features a heavy duty chassis, with convenient access points and ladders to all service areas.  The main conveyor has a high discharge height for large stockpile capacity and has an optional overband magnet for the removal of metal contaminants.
