Boyd finalizes purchase of West Virginia, Ohio CAT dealer

Boyd Company acquired Cecil I. Walker Machinery, a Caterpillar dealer in West Virginia and southeastern Ohio. Caterpillar approved Boyd to represent the CAT products in the Walker territory, consisting of 25 counties in West Virginia and eight counties in southeastern Ohio. Boyd will continue to operate the company under the Walker name.
