FMI is teaming up with e-Builder to offer a free one-hour webinar that looks at the possible future of the construction industry. The webinar, “Inflection Point-Defining the Future of the Worldwide Construction Market,” will take place on July 16 on e-builder’s website.
Lou Marines, founder of the Advanced Management Institute for Architecture and Engineering (AMI), will use the industry’s current inflection point and scenario planning to discuss four possible futures for the construction industry. Webinar participants will learn how the potential implications of each scenario will affect architects, engineers, contractors and owners or buyers of construction services over the next 10 to 20 years.
Mark Bridges, FMI senior consultant, will share the trends, drivers and themes used to develop the four scenarios. Bridges will also discuss how senior managers can use the information to benefit their firms.
