Vermeer has acquired the remaining ownership interest in Wildcat Mfg. Co. Incorporated, a manufacturer of trommel screens and compost turners located in Freeman, S.D.
In 2007, Vermeer purchased an initial ownership stake in the company, and broadened product distribution through the Wildcat and Vermeer dealer networks. The Wildcat manufacturing, sales and support staff will remain located in Freeman, where they will keep the Wildcat brand name, while being promoted as a Vermeer-owned company.
