NAPA elects new chairman, officers

James Weeks, vice president of Colas, has been elected chairman of the National Asphalt Pavement Association for 2009 during NAPA’s 54th Annual Meeting in San Diego, California. Weeks has served on the NAPA executive committee since 2002.

Other NAPA national officers for 2009 are first vice chairman Blaine Johnson of Midwest Asphalt, second vice chairman Kim Snyder of Eastern Industries, third vice chairman Kurt Bechthold of Payne & Dolan, secretary John Keating of Oldcastle Materials Group and treasurer Larry Lemon of Haskell Lemon Construction.
