Pat Cox, former president of the European Parliament, will speak on how European enlargement brings opportunities for cross-border trade at this year’s Access Summit, organized by the International Powered Access Federation (IPAF).
The IPAF Summit takes the theme of “Rent clever: Dynamic powered access solutions in difficult times.” It is free to all interested parties upon registration. It will be held on April 2, 2009, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Northwood in Dublin, Ireland.
