The American Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA) is hosting a forum, “Managing Transportation Projects to Avoid Legal Pitfalls,” April 15-16 at its headquarters in Washington, D.C., to help educate industry professionals about legal pitfalls that may be avoided with proper risk management and preparation.

The forum is being offered through the ARTBA Foundation’s “Transportation Builder Institute,” which provides customized professional development programs for industry executives.
