SBA Acts to Thaw Credit Freeze for Small Businesses

President Obama announced two key provisions of the Recovery Act today designed to help small businesses get much-needed capital. Beginning today, SBA is eliminating certain loan fees and raising load guarantees up to 90 percent. sbagov-press-release
