ATS Asset Tracking Services has appointed Don Douglas president and chief executive. Kim Kapp, who had been chief executive since 2001, will remain as a special advisor to the company. Douglas joined ATS as vice president, marketing, in 2002. He has spent his entire career in the high tech business sector, holding a variety of senior management roles with companies including Nortel Networks, Compaq Canada and Maxlink Communications.
